Comprehensive Induction Training
Outcome:
Working in close partnership with DOT's 'People and Organisational Development' team, we developed a comprehensive online 'new starter induction journey'. The brief was to create an 8-step modular induction journey for new starters to complete during their first weeks with the department.
Clear instruction and interactive elements provide an engaging learning experience for the user. This allows inductees to gain a standardised and vital introduction to the organisation - including its values, organisational structure, and the established systems and processes employees need to be aware of.
It also provides the opportunity for users to complete essential compliance training as part of their induction journey (covering topics of OH&S, professional conduct, and equal employment opportunity), with review questions to reinforce the learning
experience and provide evidence of competency.
