Contractor Health and Safety Induction Level 2

Course Overview

When contractors, or subcontractors, are employed they must undergo WHS induction training. It is important that contractors are made aware of the specific WHS considerations of their site and work environment as they are often unfamiliar or unacquainted with their new work space before their official site induction. As such, WHS induction for contractors covers a wide number of topics that are meant to familiarise them, or remind them, of their WHS responsibilities.

This module will inform contractors of the organisation's general induction procedures and WHS policies in high risk environments. Contractors are required to complete this module prior to starting work with the organisation so they are familiar with WHS requirements.
