Outcome:

Coca-Cola Amatil has a large and diverse contractor workforce involved in their product manufacturing operations and transport and logistic services.

CCA required a clear and standardised induction program to ensure all contractors are aware of essential OHSE requirements before they arrive on-site. They also required a solution which could be rapidly deployed across all CCA sites.

Completion of the induction training automatically issues contractors with an 'authorised contractor card', providing evidence of competency upon arrival on-site. Results are also logged into an online database for further verification and to provide a complete audit trail.
