Medtronic Australasia engaged ELMO Learning to develop an online training solution targeting their operations in Australia and New Zealand. As a leader in medical technology, they required a solution matching their reputation for the highest standards of quality and service.

Medtronic required the ability to educate all employees about their ‘Business Conduct Standards’ – designed to mitigate compliance risk and ensure their staff uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity. They required that the training be consistent across the organisation and could be rapidly updated and redeployed to account for the continuously evolving nature of conduct standards (updated at minimum annually).

Medtronic also required that the Code of Conduct training record directly to their Learning Management System (LMS) ‘SABA’; i.e. SCORM compliant courseware. ELMO’s interoperability with SABA has ensured a successful integrated implementation.
