Code of Conduct
Course Overview
The Code of Conduct is a public statement about how an organisation is required to conduct its day to day business and the standards by which employees are required to treat clients and fellow colleagues.
This module outlines for learners the organisation's Code of Conduct and the manner in which employees are required to conduct business under the code, in particular employee responsibilities, obligations and expectations. The aim of the module is to increase learner awareness and guide learners in maintaining appropriate standards of conduct in the workplace.

Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this course, learners should be able to:- Understand and explain how to properly use and release information and handle official resources.
- Outline how to identify conflicts of interest and respond to offers of gifts and favours.
- Access the organisation's Code of Conduct online.
- Understand and explain the possible consequences should the Code of Conduct be breached.
- Follow procedures to report unethical and corrupt behaviour.
