Course Overview
This module focuses on the hazards associated with handling, storing, transporting and using compressed gases. The intent of the module is to give learners a theoretical knowledge of the hazards associated with compressed gas.
It is the responsibility of supervisors in an organisation to ensure that the employees under their supervision are given hands-on training in the use of compressed gases, and are made aware of the specific risk assessments and standard operating procedures for the gases in their working environment.
