OHS Awareness
Course Overview
OHS is a serious issue that all employees should be aware of. Everyone has the right to a safe and healthy work environment. Therefore it is important that every member of the organisation is aware of their OHS responsibilities and relevant OHS legislation. In order to create a hazard- and accident-free work environment, everyone must contribute and do their part to help create, maintain, and improve the safety of the workplace.
OHS encompasses a wide variety of potential issues ranging from arranging a workspace correctly, to responding to bomb threats or fires appropriately. This learning module is designed to give learners an overview of OHS issues, and raise their awareness of OHS issues that may arise in the office.
