Course Overview
Employees are crucial components of any organisation and managing their performance has become a necessary factor for achieving desired goals and organisational success. Performance management aims to align employee performance and outcomes with organisational objectives through components of employee improvement, development and management.
This module is aimed at developing awareness and applied understanding in Managers and/or any person having responsibility for people management at all organisation levels. The performance management process is defined and its various components of supportive activities, performance evaluations, development plans and key factors of effective performance management are identified and explained.
