This Personal Hygiene module is aimed at developing learners' awareness and understanding of their personal hygiene obligations and responsibilities within their workplace. Everyone within a workplace has the responsibility to ensure that hygiene standards are met in order to prevent harm to customers or other employees. Learning Outcomes

- Explain how food contamination can occur as a result of poor personal hygiene and outline preventative methods and measures.
