Course Overview
This Work Life Balance module has been designed to assist employers and employees in understanding how to effectively manage the balance between their working life and their life outside of work. The purpose of this module is to provide learners with information to assist them in managing their work with their outside interests, goals and responsibilities through introducing the policies and practices within their workplaces that will provide flexibility in their work arrangements. This module will provide learners with insight into the benefits of and barriers to work life balance, flexible work and leave options available to them and the services supporting the achievement of work life balance.
