  If you see the above message after completing a quiz this generally means that you have lost connection to the internet whilst completing the assessment. As your completion has not been recorded, you will unfortunately have to complete the quiz again.
  
  If you receive the same error after multiple attempts it may be the result of a firewall or restrictions on your computer. If you believe this to be the case, contact your IT department.

  My module loads slowly or has frozen.
  
  Sometimes a course may be slow to load or not load properly at all. This can be due to many things such as: servers being at full capacity, slow internet connection, internet connection timing out, weak wireless signal etc.
  
  If you find this happening you may want to try the following:
  
  

  1. Refreshing the page by pressing the F5 key.
     
     
  2. If using a wireless device, try moving to a different location.
     
     
  3. Use a different computer or a computer with a different internet connection such as your home computer.
     
     
  4. Try again later.
